What drew you to music?
i’ve loved music since I was a little girl!!! my dad and grandfather are musicians so having them to look up too definitely helped.
What are some of your most influential bands? Why?
I would definitely say, Daniel Ceaser, Billie Eilish, Frank Ocean, and Vance Joy are big influences on my music!!
What was your first song?
the first song I ever wrote was called “This Time” in 2018!!
What is your song writing process?
honestly, I will just fool around on the instruments I play and if a melody sticks I come up with lyrics for something I am really passionate about.
How has your music evolved since you began playing?
My music has evolved SO much. I’ve been able to experiment so much more with my music and trying new styles and different ideas. Before I was definitely strictly Indie, but now I am leaning toward RnB although Indie still holds a big spot in my heart.
What songs do you perform the most often?
Tear Stains and Candy Canes off of my current EP seems to be the most liked!

Is there a secret meaning in any of your music?
Yes! my current EP is dedicated to someone who i was in love with and has impacted my life so much and helped me achieve so many opportunities to allow me to be where I am today. I wrote a song called 12:45, but I never say 12:45 in the song it’s called that because I wrote the song at 12:45 in the morning.
What is your favorite part of working in music?
I love when the beats and the lyrics just click and give you a goosebumps type feeling.

What is your least favorite part of working in music?
I cannot listen to myself sing I hate listening to recordings of myself!
Have you ever dealt with performance anxiety? If so how?
Of course!! I am a Musical Theatre Major at my college so performance anxiety happens all the time for me. The best way to handle this is to take a deep breath and to confide in yourself that you know you’re material and to remember that this is your passion and this is what you love doing you should focus on the excitement more than the nervousness!!!
How old were you when you started playing your instrument?
I was 16 when I learned how to play the ukulele for the first time.
How do you describe your music to people?
I have a very chill feeling with my music. I want my music to be the kind that you can go for a long drive when it’s sunset out and just vibe with it.
What image do you hope your music conveys?
I hope to connect with other people through my music. I hope the feeling portrayed can help other people relate to how they might be feeling.
Where have you performed?
I have performed in a whole bunch of different places. I have performed in several different theaters, restaurants, nursing homes, preschools, ect!
Do you have any up coming shows?
not currently!
What is your greatest achievement to date?
I think My EP “all the things i’ve never said” is my greatest achievement. I worked so hard and poured my heart and soul into it and it’s something I will always be so incredibly proud of.
What is the biggest challenge you’ve faced as a band?
the biggest challenge i’ve faced, is actually posting the music. It can be very scary putting yourself in such a vulnerable place and sharing something you devoted so much time too.
Are you happy with the current success of your band?
So far I am! I just started but overall i’m very pleased 🙂
What is the ultimate direction for your band?
I just hope to continue to share my music with as many people as I possibly can.
What steps have you taken to get there?
Just sharing my music through different social media platforms
What steps do you still have to do?
I still have to decide what i’m going to release next. I have my options but it’s difficult just choosing one!
How do you feel about the internet and the music business?
I think the music industry is so fascinating. I love the aspect of how everything works!
What is your favorite concert you’ve attended?
My favorite concert by far has to be when I saw Vance Joy or Ariana Grande.
What do you do besides music?
I am a Musical Theatre Major, so I love doing as many productions and shows as I can, I also love working with senior citizens and little kids!

What is something you would like to tell your younger self?
I think I would tell myself to never give up and to always have faith as cliche as that sounds, it’s so important…I wish I had believed in myself more and taken more opportunities because I definitely held myself back and that’s something I never want to do again!

currently, my favorite song is “One for my baby” by Frank Sinatra
What do you wish you spent more time doing 5 years ago?
I wish I spent more time putting myself out there more.
What advice do you have others wanting to start their own bands?
I think just to stick to your guns. If you love it than that’s all that truly matters. Never ever let anyone tell you you cannot do something. Don’t be ashamed of who you are, be proud of yourself and the music you create!
